Day Program

Linked and Connect Day Program services, are created for participants to build new life experiences and develop their independent life skills. These services enable participants to partake in enjoyable and engaging activities in an inclusive and safe environment. These activities include gardening, dance classes, cooking programs, computer and technology classes, gym and sports related activities, shopping, community events and much more

Household Tasks/Cleaning

Our aim is to ensure that your home is cared for just the way you like it! By supplying you with the professional assistance needed to complete household tasks, we guarantee your home to be in safe hands. Whether its changing your bedsheets, mopping the floor, general cleaning, meal preparations, grocery shopping or yard, maintenance, we’ve got you covered, giving you more time to spend on activities you enjoy.

Assist-Travel/Transport

Linked and Connect offers participant a safe and convenient means of travel to their required destination. Our qualified and experienced Support Workers can ensure that you safely arrive to your scheduled appointments, community access programs and daily life outings on time. Our workers will be at your beckoning call to ensure your travel needs are fulfilled appropriately.
