As a NDIS Service Provider, we offer and coordinate a range of services and supports to people with disability who are accessing NDIS packages. Linked and Connect aims to enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of its participants and their families. We have a network of associates that will arrange specialist support as identified and demanded in accordance with the NDIA Guidelines. For those wishing to access services outside the NDIS a fee for service structure will apply.
